1 General Provisions

3.2 Account Closure

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

l333 currently processes transactions through popular mobile wallets in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are handled via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.1 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

4.2 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In certain circumstances where verification is required, this may take a little longer.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

l333 offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning you must wager a total of 15 times the bonus before it can be withdrawn.

5.1 Bonus Example

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a 120% bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses can only be used to play games on the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.
• l333 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• An account may receive the first-deposit bonus only once.
• The bonus applies only against the user's own deposit.

6 VIP and Cashback Programme

l333's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total lost minus total won).

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

Cashback is credited to the relevant account every Monday. l333 reserves the right to change the criteria for VIP tier assignment, cashback rates, and benefits at any time.

7 Betting Rules

A few key rules must be followed when placing bets at l333:

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed at odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• For in-play betting after a match has started, odds are subject to change.
• Participation in suspicious or manipulative betting activity is prohibited.

7.2 Sports Betting

For all sports events including cricket and football, the official result from the relevant sports authority will be used to determine outcomes. If a match is abandoned or postponed, l333's decision on the related bets is final.

7.3 Casino Games

Results for slots, live casino, and other games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. RTP (Return to Player) information for each game can be found in that game's individual description.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at l333, and if detected, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to generate artificial profit by exploiting the bonus system.

• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

• Opening or operating an account using false information.

l333 treats its own records and log files as the final evidence in all disputes. In the case of any objection regarding the result of a match or game, l333's decision is binding.

14 Amendments to Terms and Termination of Service

l333 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the site after a change in terms will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

l333 reserves the right to close a user's account or discontinue service, particularly if the user breaches these Terms. In such cases, an attempt will be made to return any valid balance, but bonus-related balance will be cancelled.
